WHEN DO WE ARRIVE TO PREPARE?

We are two days away from the event. Jennifer will pick up the food at Cosco. We need someone to bring the burgers to the park and bring the cooler to the park. I have a meeting until 4 p.m. and won’t be able to get to the park by 3 p.m. I’m going to try to leave the meeting as early as I can.
We will also need to fill up the water balloons ahead of time. I can bring a large garden bucket to hold the balloons. We can probably fill up some at the park too. Or the first people to the park for set up could fill up the balloons.
We also need metal cooking utensils for the BBQ. Does anyone have any? I have none. (We will need 3 or 4)

The big day is tomorrow. I have a cooler for us to use to transport the burgers to the park.

Who is doing this -
running the games tomorrow? There are 3 games; the three legged race, water balloon toss, and the bat relay.

I can bring the burgers and cooler to the park.
I remember a spigot right by the shelter for water balloons.
I can bring metal cooking utensils.
I am running the three legged race, unless I can find a replacement. Grace was on the water balloon toss.
I am serving as grill master and still looking for one or two others to help.
Cleanup - good question! I was thinking the team would be around afterwards, but we want to have everything taken care of as much as possible as we go with the help of the attendees.
I will bring the garbage bags to the proper location.
