Ready. Set. Recruit.
Over the past few weeks we have been busy planning and interviewing for our Homecoming 2011 Committee Volunteer Positions. Leading the recruitment efforts is our stellar Recruitment, Training & Development Intern, Ellen Rindahl. Ellen has plenty of experience with Homecoming; she has served as a committee member for the past two years and is excited to share her experience and knowledge with the new recruits.
In addition to Homecoming, Ellen is also involved with Gophers After Dark and is finishing her senior year at the University with a degree in Recreation, Park, and Leisure Studies. Ellen's long list of accomplishments also includes mastering the formidable Wii Fit Hula Hoop game (though she admits that she hasn't quite accomplished hula hooping in real life).
Throughout the semester Ellen will be with working with the Homecoming Committee to help create the best team possible. In addition to helping with the interview and recruitment process, Ellen will also be leading the training and development for the committee. Ellen is thrilled to be working with so many talented individuals and is excited to be help plan the best Homecoming yet!
