Sequential Topic
Ever since I was little, I've always been drawn to the story of Cinderella. I've seen and read a lot of different versions of it, so I felt this was the only logical topic for our next assignment.

my self portrait
Description of Portrait
When given the assignment of a self portrait, I knew that I would involve traveling of some sort. And my idea was confirmed when Joellyn told us that it must have a 9 square grid pattern which made it even easier for me to put different travel pictures in it. I chose the pastel colors becuase I wanted a light and dreamy type appearance. One other thing in my portrait are some sketches of "Mr. Love Puppy", by boyfriends stuffed dog I bought him when I went to Florida for the semester. It's sort of a symbol of our relationship which I felt needed to be in there because that is apart of me and my identity.
