        <![CDATA[<p>My personal definition of leadership was: leadership is doing what is right, following one's principles, and using one's abilities to help others succeed towards a common goal.</p>

<p>After watching, "how to start a movement" video on Youtube I realize that followers are just as important to leadership as leaders are.  With out followers there wouldn't be any leaders.  In addition, I learned the first few followers are leaders as well because they took  risk in being the first followers.</p>

<p>An additional thing I learned about leadership are the stages of group interaction.  They are:<br />
1. Forming<br />
2. Storming<br />
3. Norming<br />
4. Performing<br />
