After watching, "how to start a movement" video on Youtube I realize that followers are just as important to leadership as leaders are. With out followers there wouldn't be any leaders. In addition, I learned the first few followers are leaders as well because they took risk in being the first followers.

An additional thing I learned about leadership are the stages of group interaction. They are:
1. Forming
2. Storming
3. Norming
4. Performing
