Portrait Response

From the displays of the artists, whose works we saw are primarily
portraits of some kind, serve to illustrate just how varied a single part
of an art style can be. Even with the portraits that were focusing on a
person there were multiple styles in which it was done. There were some
with natural clothes and poses, some with work or entertainment clothing in
an action shot of some kind, and there was also portraits done using a near
blank studio backdrop, with varying types of clothing. While this may seem
like just different pictures, to me it says something about the intent of
the portrait, whether the artist taking the shot is attempting to portray
something that naturally is, or is attempting portray something that they
created and formed.
