"E! News" Host and Husband Open Up About Their Struggle to Conceive

Giuliana and Bill Rancic shared their struggles to conceive on "The View" Friday in hope of helping others that are also struggling with conception.

The "E! News" co-host, Giuliana Rancic, and the first winner of "The Apprentice," Bill Rancic, had their struggles with conceiving chronicled on their reality show "Giuliana and Bill," according to US Weekly Magazine.

In the third season of "Giuliana and Bill" the audience will see the couple conceive a child by in vitro fertilization, according to the New York Daily News. However, a miscarriage halts the pregnancy 9 weeks in.

"Hopefully we can help people understand that there's nothing to be ashamed of," Giuliana told the New York Daily News, "It's such a taboo subject, but it's a very common problem."

The couple hopes to eventually become parents by either another round of in vitro fertilization or other options, according to USA Today.
