Note: All research on this was done by Haudy K. a couple years ago -
Symptoms: Some 16-bit internal and external PC Card devices (PCMCIA) with Windows 2000 and Service Pack 3 (SP3), may stop working correctly. Upon creation of the W2K, SP3 image for the Dell Latitude laptops, the internal wireless card did not configure properly.
Fix:
A. Uninstall existing TrueMobile 1150 Client Manager software
B. Modify Registry Key as follows:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Pcmcia\Parameters
2. Choose Edit – New – DWORD - Value
3. Change the value name: DisableIsaToPciRouting
4. Value data should be: 0
C. Reinstall Dell Driver from factory
D. Follow wireless set up and configuration as per OIT specifications:

E. Restart computer
