Late last month, a broken spy satellite was projected to fall to the earth. At first, it was thought that it couldn't be shot down do to falling debris. Now, it appears that the threat of a plummeting tank of rocket fuel hitting the earth is bigger threat, and President Bush has ordered the satellite be shot down. The military Joint Chiefs of Staff still warn that rocket fuel leaked into the air by an explosion could still be harmful.
