dress layout
This is my drawing board for the beginnng of the dress. I sketched out all of my ideas and picked a chiton design which is explained in the main image of my dresses. I liked the sketching process it made it feel more legitimate than just using digital media. Because I am studio art major, I think it is hard to use digital media and feel completed. I just don't feel it is as tangible as a painting. This made the project fun to participate in. I can't wait until Joellyn sets up the studio with all of our projects.
