Minnesota rehab center may be closed

A rehab center in Robbinsdale, Minnesota called West Metro Recovery Services may be be shut down by the state for 37 rule violations. The president Patrick Mus said that the violations mostly just deal with paper work and other non-threatening violations. The state says that they are important such as leaving group recovery sessions to go run errands. The recovery center in the past has had better than average recovery rates but other recovery centers may have different standards which could change the results. Mus is waiting to settle this legalling but his business is suffering because Hennepin county will not send anyone to his center and some insurance companies won't cover his center anymore. Mus is worried that he could go out of business before he meets with the judge. The article seemed very balanced between each disputing side with many different types of sources from different experts.
