The situation occurred after one of the assailants leaders was served an arrest warrant by the police.</div><div><br /></div><div>The leader, Ondo Perez, was served a warrant for being suspected to be running a criminal organization called the Perez Group.</div><div><br /></div><div><a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/2009/12/11/2009-12-11_kidnappers_in_philippines_free_10_demand_murder_charges_dropped_before_releasing.html">The New York Daily News</a> reported that 10 more hostages have been released. White said that he stole 100 million dollars worth of merchandise and had an argument with a security guard.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>White was fined $600 but the charges will be removed for is record after one year if he stays out of trouble. He is also banned from the Mall of America.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>It is unclear if White will be re-instateed to the basketball team, <a href="http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=829726">KARE 11 said</a>.</div>]]>

He faces arraignment Thursday on an 85-count indictment returned Tuesday by a Cuyahoa County grand jury, according to AP.</div><div><br /></div><div>His previous home is now being searched to see if he buried additional bodies there. This movie is expected to have one of the biggest opening weekends of the year.</div><div><br /></div><div>"New Moon" beat "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince," which earned $22.2 million when it opened this summer, according to <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/Movies/11/20/new.moon.breaks.records/index.html?eref=igoogle_cnn">CNN</a>.         <![CDATA[By Taryn Thomas<div><br /></div><div>A grand jury in Jefferson City, Mo. indicted a 15-year-old on Wednesday of first-degree murder of her 9-year-old neighbor, <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2009-11-18-Missouri_N.htm">USA Today</a> reported.</div><div><br /></div><div>Alyssa Bustamante was accused of murdering her neighbor Elizabeth Olten. Bustamante is accused of strangling the girl, cutting her throat and stabbing the girl. The murder took place Oct. 21.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>If she is convicted she could be sentenced to life in prison.</div><div><br /></div><div><a href="http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/teen-murder-suspect-alyssa-bustamanta-faces-degree-murder/story?id=9117496">ABC reported</a> that Bustamante confessed to the crime and said she did it so she would "know what it felt like to kill someone."&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>She is being held without bond in Cole County jail.&nbsp;</div>]]>
