How do Prozac, cocaine, caffeine, and amphetamines relate to neurotransmitters?

Prozac is for depressed people; cocaine is for depressed people, caffeine is used by most people (even depressed people), and amphetamines are used by students in PsTL 1135! (Joke, just a joke.)
