Beth Kaplan Leaving Libraries

As many of you know, Beth Kaplan is leaving the Libraries and moving to Washington, DC.  Beth has made many contributions to the Libraries, serving first as archivist for the Charles Babbage Institute, then as interim head of Archives and Special Colelctions, and finally as University Archivist and Co-director of the University Digital Conservancy.  We will miss her many talents, and wish her all the best in DC!
Please come to a farewell party for Beth from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm on Friday, December 2, 2011, in the Atrium and Room 120 of Elmer L. Andersen Library .  We'll celebrate Beth's twelve years in Archives and Special Collections with music, refreshments, and a short program beginning at 4:15 pm.  We hope you can join us!  And if you plan to attend, please RSVP to Erin George or Susan Hoffman at: , by Tuesday, November 29, 2011.
