As a follow up to the successful "UDC Update and Listening Sessions" this past summer, the University Digital Conservancy (UDC) team will be holding a recruitment strategy session that provides liaisons with the tools and strategies to help with their UDC recruitment activities. We plan to demonstrate a suite of new tools - checklists, cheat sheets, decision trees, etc. - and hope to hear experiences from liaisons who have had recruitment success experiences. We'll also talk about some of the common roadblocks.

Interesting post. Being in the recruitment industry, it's always interesting to hear different perspectives on recruitment strategy, particular on the client side.
I'd be interested in finding out more about the new suite of tools you plan on utilising.
