Jack Geller Testifies on Rural Broadband at Minnesota State Senate

Jack Geller, Ph.D., professor and department head, Liberal Arts & Education Department, has been asked by the Minnesota Senate Committee on Jobs, Agriculture and Rural Development (Chaired by Senator Dan Sparks, DFL - Austin) to make a presentation and provide testimony regarding broadband and its relationship to rural development.  He will appear before the committee on Wednesday, January 30.
