Audio: Farm to School Week brings local food to cafeterias

The University of Minnesota Moment free audio feature for the week of Monday, September 20, is available to Minnesota media:

Minnesota celebrates its first Farm to School Week, designed to help bring locally grown foods to school cafeterias around the state, Sept. 20-24. Stephanie Heim, University of Minnesota Extension Farm to School coordinator, says the benefits of Farm to School initiatives are numerous.
