Now that I have a real job I am starting to not want that job. I have started working for a start up company and am experiencing first hand that old addage, "it's not what you know, it's who you know." The entire company is made up of friends, family and fellow religious sect members of the owner. It is the most incestuous company in the midwest. There are three people who don't fit into that category and we are paying for it. They continually bicker with and about one another and the "imports" are stuck in the middle trying not to take sides. It's very tiring on one's nerves.
