Minnesotans now have a new online tool to help them assess and choose a nursing home, the Nursing Home Report Card. Professor Robert Kane, who holds the university’s chair in long-term care and aging, worked closely with state officials in developing the site that rates Minnesota’s 396 certified nursing homes. Kane says the report card is one of the most comprehensive in the nation.
