The second annual Clean Energy Resource Teams conference will take place Wednesday, Jan. 17 at the St. Cloud Civic Center. The theme of this year's conference is "Local Energy/Local Opportunities." Joel Haskard with the U's Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships says the project is an opportunity for Minnesotans to play a role in shaping energy conservation and renewable energy in their region.
