Thirty-two of Minnesota’s agricultural and rural leaders are currently investing two years to learn how to better lead and serve their communities. Mike Liepold, U of M Extension educator in leadership and civic engagement programming, says the Minnesota Agricultural and Rural Leadership Program, known as MARL, is a joint effort between the U of M and Southwest Minnesota State University.
