Baby boomers, and even some recent college graduates, remember rationing calls home during their first experience away. Not so anymore as students today can access mom and dad anytime, anywhere by speed dial. Marj Savage, Parent Program director at the University of Minnesota, says this constant contact is increasing every school year.
