Action Today to Reduce the Greenhouse Gases of Tomorrow

Last year Minnesota lawmakers passed a bold measure to reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions 15 percent by 2015. But is that goal possible? University of Minnesota Center for Transportation Studies researcher Julian Marshall and his colleagues believe it is but, to get there, action must start now and other states must continue to pioneer their own efforts.
