High Quality Z's Important to Longevity

Obviously the number of hours of sleep a person needs varies from snoozer to snoozer, but if there's one constant that really counts it's the quality of those hours. In a study of older male participants, University of Minnesota researchers have discovered that disrupted sleep contributes to increased mortality rates. It's all about routine says Misti Paudel, principal investigator of the study and a member of the School of Public Health.
