Staying Fit in the Cold

It's a fact -- when the temperature outside drops so do physical activity levels. But exercise experts are encouraging people to find ways to stay fit through the winter months. Beth Lewis, assistant professor in the U of M's School of Kinesiology, says the first thing to do is keep workout regimens consistent.
