Teens - Turn off the TV and you'll keep off the pounds
Too much American Idol and Sponge Bob might not seem like predictors of bad eating habits but University of Minnesota researchers have now confirmed just that. If an adolescent watches excessive amounts of TV, chances are they'll have a poor diet when they reach adulthood. Daheia Barr-Anderson, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology, explains her study.
