It was a historic week at the University of Minnesota when it successfully reached its fundraising goal for the new TCF Bank Stadium, set to open this fall. University alum T. Denny Sanford's $6 million donation helped the university surpass its mark. President Bob Bruininks was on hand to share his thanks.
