Going through the rigors of medical school while performing as a professional clown may seem like an impossible combination. But not at the University of Minnesota. Because of the U's Flexible M.D. program, students like Andrea Noel are able to work towards a career in medicine while also pursuing other personal enrichment paths like clowning.
