The FIPSE/UROC project, funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Fund for the Improvement of Post Secondary Education (FIPSE), is helping shape the University’s Urban Research and Outreach/Engagement Center (UROC). It provides an opportunity for the University, in collaboration with community-based organizations, to establish effective partnerships in specific areas that focus on needs and priorities voiced by community partners.
