URVC has two mock jury dates coming up. They may be a few months away but we have a long list of volunteers for this category and with "out-source" volunteers this project can fill up quickly.
William Mitchell College of Law will be holding mock jury trials for their students on Thursday, Sept. 20 and Friday Sept. 21. The hours will be 8 am - 2 pm.
Your involvement and feedback becomes an important part of legal education. You deliberate on a verdict, announce the verdict, and spend time with the judge and "lawyers" constructively critiquing the students.
Jurors dress is casual. A bagel breakfast is provided, as well as lunch.
Select your preferred date and Email the URVC office. We will register you with the Mock Jury Coordinator at the William Mitchell Law School.

I think it's a fantastic project to bring the judicial process in an almost real and to make it more understandable and familiar with its processes, forms, to explain the verdicts and to speculate on its logic and validity agtendido by experts as judges and lawyers a method very valid.
Congratulations for the initiative.
