University of Minnesota Department of Theatre Arts & Dance presents "Love's Labour's Lost" by William Shakespeare, adapted and directed by Kenneth Noel Mitchell. February 26 - March 7, 2010.
The University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program senior class presents William Shakespeare's "Love's Labour's Lost." This unique comedy centers on the King of Navarre and three of his men, as they swear an oath to abandon all earthly pleasures - most importantly, women - in the pursuit of scholarship. Mishap, mayhem, and misunderstanding ensue when each man immediately falls in love. With cunning wordplay and sharp wit, the play explores the triumphs and toils of true love.
