ok, I am really getting fed up of this blog software. this is the second time in a row I am "creating" for over an hour on a blog entry and all of a sudden my cursor goes crazy, clicks away from the page and when I return: nothing but a big empty space. My words and wisdom, sucked in to one of cyberspace's black holes. Such a shame, and one hour of my life gone that I will never get back. My entry contained some thoughts on my visit to the Anne Frank huis during my two-day stay in Amsterdam . But I'll re-do it tomorrow, maybe. It's my first day back with the parental unit and the seclusion of the computer screen may provide a much needed safe haven at some point during the day.
For now, I will give you the most inappropriate statement I heard in a long time. In the Anne Frank huis, someone was walking through the hidden entry way into what once were the secret hiding quarters of Anne Frank and her family and exclaimed: "Damn, those sneaky jews." The guy was also wearing a Santa Claus hat. Now, that's what I call inappropriate.
