A 9-year-old was shot and killed Monday by a gunman near an Oakdale grocery store, the Star Tribune reported.
The suspected shooter was arrested within minutes, the Pioneer Press reported.
The gunman struck at least two vehicles with his bullets, the Star Tribune reported.
