Electricians switching out fluorescents for LEDs (tubular) in the Nanofabrication Lab in Keller Hall at the University of Minnesota. This is a clean room facility, so everyone (including the photographer) had to be gowned. The third photo is three floors above, where the ballast is being replaced and rewired.
