The Current Class
Each summer and early fall, new participants for the Emerging Leadership Program are selected by alumni in each county. New participants begin their leadership experience each fall and take part in four sessions between November and April each year. Sessions are held in locations across the region in a weekend-retreat setting. One of the sessions is a mid-week bus trip to St. Paul where they visit the State Capitol, meet with legislators and take part in other educational sessions.
