Leading Emotionally Intelligent Teams
Monday November 18, 2013 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Mankato, MN

Facilitating effective teamwork is one of the most important issues in our networked world. Understanding and developing the behaviors of success requires that team members improve and utilize the seven emotional and intelligence skills measured by the Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey®. Over the course of this three-hour in-person offering, Educators Catie Rasmussen and Mike Liepold will lead participants in reflecting on their skill levels and learning how they can contribute to and create effective, emotionally intelligent teams.

Before attending the workshop, participants will be sent a code to take the brief online TESI® survey for one team of which they are a member. The team could be work related, a service organization, a faith based committee or any other team that requires time and energy.
