Kosovo's plan of indepence denied

By Jennie Wander

Kosovo proposed a plan Friday to become independent from Serbia and begin governing itself.

The plan included Kosovo's own flag, anthem, army, constitution and the ability to interact in international affairs, CNN said.

However, President Boris Tadic is concerned this plan will give Kosovo complete independence and will not agree to it, BBC said.

Other provinces have accepted the plan and would like to see Kosovo's independence. Ultimately the decision will be given to the United Nations Security Council, BBC said.
