St. Paul boy charged with two rape cases

A 16-year-old St. Paul boy was charged with two rape cases on Thursday.
Joshua Lamar Smith was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in juvenile court, Pioneer Press said.
After giving a voluntary DNA sample when questioned about a September rape, Smith was connected to another rape New Years Day as well, Kare 11 said.
When questioned by police, Smith denied having sexual contact with a 17-year-old girl in September, Pioneer Press said.
