gathering the data is a big task. along with the others listed we have used MyTarget2 to assess our staff. we have not performed an assessment on our students as of yet. the majority of our 'integration' comes from drill and practice. some argue that barrier free is the way to true integration, while others say that simply using the computer is integration. to me, the educational software that most use should not be considered integration. to me integration is using the applications as a supplement in everyday instruction.
i do break down my budget with 20% going towards professional development... except i have been trying to bring newer/updated hardware into the corporation that will last another 4-5 years before we start the develoment process.... prepare for the future...
