Leadership: Week 3

This week's definition: Leadership is the ability to unite others under a single idea or goal, while also pushing their followers towards achieving this goal. They must also promote a positive environment and work to make everyone feel connected in the group to maximize production as well.

Last week's definition: Leadership is the ability to unite others under a single idea or goal, while also pushing their followers towards achieving this goal.

Analysis: From the reading a leader must at his core be able to maximize group production in order to meet goals and deadlines. In order to do this they must create a positive and energetic environment, which will aid in group cohesion and make them feel more comfortable, allowing the group to reach maximum productivity.
