This Week's Definition: Leadership is the ability to unify others under one goal or idea, and to be able to push that group towards the goal, while promoting an energetic and positive environment, while ensuring that all members feel appreciated and useful as part of the team, while also facilitating collaboration from all group members and directing everyone towards the objective.

Last Week's Definition: Leadership is the ability to unify others under one goal or idea, and to be able to push that group towards the goal, while promoting an energetic and positive environment, while ensuring that all members feel appreciated and useful as part of the team

Analysis: My leadership definition has changed because of the most recent reading for class. The reading about Social Change in Leadership Development showed me that a leaders also has to be able to be the lightning rod that gets other going, and has to be able to facilitate interactions between all the group members that will inevitably lead towards the overall goal.
