Last week's definition: Leadership is the ability to unify others under one goal or idea, and to be able to push that group towards the goal, while promoting an energetic and positive environment, while ensuring that all members feel appreciated and useful as part of the team, while also facilitating collaboration from all group members and directing everyone towards the objective.
Analysis: My change in comes from the reading for this week, Factors affecting communication, Starring acts in the circus. This showed me that a leader also has to be able to understand each of their followers, and this allows for much more effective and successful work amongst the group. The leader should be working to also foster relationships between his followers, which will only help the groups efficiency. He needs to be able to understand how people are different, and what makes them tick. This will enable a whole new level of leadership.
