U.S. congressman calls for Youtube removal

A congressman from New York has asked that the videos of known terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki be removed from Youtube, according to CNN.

Rep. Anthony Weiner, a Democrat, pleaded that the man dubbed "the 'bin-Laden of the Internet,' has been using YouTube to promote his extremist ideology and recruit a new generation of terrorists. I am asking that you remove all videos featuring Anwar al-Awlaki from your website and set up safeguards to prevent future videos of from being posted," in a letter to Chad Hurley, YouTube's chief executive.

This just two years after Michelle Bachman attacked Liberals for being "un-American" in a similar Youtube debacle.
