Chapter 88: Graduation Day or... Trust Me On The Sunscreen

Well, I'm gearing up to give my speech and was relaxing by surfing the web for a bit this morning and stumbled across the Baz Luhrmann song "Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)" in which he dispels a number of idioms concerning life's trials and tribulations released a year before I finished high school.

Anyhow, it samples a song from this Zimbabwean artist Rozalla Miller called "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)".

Finally, I found a new love for the songs because of my *love* of the Venture Bros. series which features the earlier song on the first episode of their second season.

I guess that's kind of a spastic six degrees of separation exercise that is a prime example of how my mind is drifting on graduation day. Perhaps I've done a bit too much thinking lately? Not sure. Anyhow, I'll have an update later today or tomorrow with pics from graduation and maybe my speech on video. We'll see how it goes. Congratulations in advance to all my classmates who are reading this. The Dynasty is over. Long live the Dynasty.

P.S. Jessie, if you're reading this, I want you to know that I'm wearing the Rooster shirt you gave me underneath my duds. Red is my power color in terms of Chinese horoscope and Feng Shui and I know it'll give me that little extra boost I need on this big day. Thanks.
