Chapter 109: Trapped in a Box

My day today was filled with family in the morning, an interesting trip that ran into a couple of bumps around lunch and then re-entering the magical world of packing in the afternoon and evening with a brief break to read a graphic novel my brother lent to me called "Blankets" by Craig Thompson.

I found it to be quite an amazing collection filled with many stories and experiences I could relate to. I don't think I've really drifted as much from my brother as the two in the story, but we share the same time of bond which I really value a lot. I'm sad that I won't be around this summer but I'm really looking forward to only being a day trip away from him down in Savannah once I move to Biloxi. He's going to come down and help me pack tomorrow and as I continue to sort through stuff I am making an effort to Spartanize my lifestyle even further. Books. Entertainment. Clothes. Music. Light. Chairs. I'm hoping that's enough. I know it is. I think I realized tonight that I'm really going to miss Minneapolis.

Hi!

I'm an intern at theU.com and I'm scouring the web for Minnesota bloggers, and I like your style!

We're launching student written and edited blogs (you'd be paid to be an editor!), as an alternative to the usual, in the fall. Check out gawker.com as our inspiration and dirtyveritas.com, our newly launched Harvard blog to get the drift of what we're doing.

If you're interested or would like, you know, any form of clarification, let me know at emma.dozier[at]theU.com

Thanks!!
