Chapter 128: Don't Mess with Papa Bear
I am sure everyone at some point has had to have a conversation with their landlord/caretaker about potential charges or things that need to be cleaned better or painted, or what have you. I am having one of those now with my caretaker. For those of you have seen my apartment, my former roommate and I meticulously turned a shabby, run-down, white-walled place into a pretty nice looking apartment if I do say so myself. Now my caretaker is saying that we have to paint it back to white. There was only one reason that was to be and that is if the next people living there didn't like the colors. Well, I don't see how they couldn't. And if not, couldn't they pay to change it? Bullshit if you ask me. Hence the name of the post. I don't see us not getting our deposit back if you know what I'm talking about.
