Chapter 208: All-Time Top Five Desert Island Locations I Would Rather Be Stranded

I don't mean to hate, but the Atlanta Airport Holiday Inn North is not the Atlanta I'd like to know...

So by now, if you haven't heard, I will tell you that I got held over in Atlanta, GA due to my flight being delayed from Minneapolis. Since Air Tran doesn't partner with any other airlines they gave me the option of flying into New Orleans or Pensacola, or wait overnight and take the morning flight back to the GPT airport. Needless to say, I decided to stay over night rather than try finding someone to drive 2.5 hours round trip to come and pick me up in Louisiana or Florida. Anyhow, adding to the problem was the fact that I didn't account for this and neglected to get my phone fully charged up resulting in it dying and me being left with only the few numbers I quickly scratched down. Long story short, Air Tran didn't transfer my bag (resulting in me being phoneless and down a couple of neccessities), I had to take a 35 dollar cab home and I was home a day late. Bollocks. Needless to say Air Tran is receiving, in the very near future a polite letter from yours truly.

So for today, I bring you another top 5 of places I would rather be stranded than Hotlanta.

Minneapolis, Minnesota: Seriously, I would have just flown out a day later if I knew this crap was going to happen.
Washington D.C.: I've never been and taking the time to drop by JFK's grave or a monument or two sounds nice.
Biloxi, Mississippi: Yeah, this seems against the rules, but I'd rather be home than stranded.
Chicago, Illinois: I've got friends there and I can always jump an eL and get to Midway or O'Hare faster than I can drive there in Atlanta on a shuttle.
Anywhere abroad: Hey at least I could wander around a city I don't know and try some new food while I'm at it.
