Light Sensitive: Cascade

Gail Wight, Artist and Stanford University Associate Professor, was invited to write an article The pdf of On Complexity II as published in Arteleku is here. On pages 30. 31 and 36 she discusses Light Sensitive: Cascade, an installation that includes living bioluminescent plankton.

Arteleku is a contemporary arts centre run by the Culture Office of the Provincial Government of Gipuzkoa. It supports artistic creation and production, setting up and promoting all kinds of projects with potential for external projection and for a rapport with their surroundings in social, public and community terms. ..... Another of Arteleku's undertakings involves dissemination and communication. Examples include Zehar, the art and opinion magazine and the centre's website (www.arteleku.net) which as well as providing news and views, also provides a space for digital production.
