One thing we have discussed in the U of MN Department of Applied Economics is how to make the research/outreach part of the department web page more user-friendly by adding a list of topic keywords. We have not implemented that feature yet in the department web page, but I am trying it out on my personal web page http://www.apec.umn.edu/faculty/wlazarus/. The topic keywords are ones that I think relate to my activities and projects in one way or another. Please try it out if it strikes your fancy!
