Workshop - Women Lead! (Mar. 3)
Want to gain confidence as a leader? This session will examine both the theory surrounding women leading and the challenges to women's leadership, as well as address issues of women's self-confidence and finding one's voice. Participants will come away with a definition of their own leadership and some ideas about how to incorporate practical leadership skills into their personal and professional lives.

Cool Chemistry 2011 is a day for girls in grades 7-9 to explore the wonders of chemistry with women in the graduate program in the University of Minnesota's Department of Chemistry. The day will feature interactive workshops, chemistry demonstrations (aka "tricks"), and new skills that you can take home to wow and amaze your friends and neighbors!
