I am glad the University is providing this service for us. I can see using blogs as an easy way to communicate with students and have them respond to you. It is much easier than setting up and uploading to a web page. Especially if you are not at home. See blog for Adventure Learning. I don't like using this forum for journaling, maybe because I don't journal.
